Torch Down Roof Repair

North Haven, CT

Cut out area. Replaced rotten plywood. Installed new insulation. Installed new torch down membrane. Coated with aluminum roof coating.

EPDM Roof Installation

East Haven, CT

Stripped entire roof down to roof decking. Installed 2" insulation to entire roof and secured with plates and screws. Installed fully adhered EPDM roof system.

Silicone Roof Installation

Madison, CT

Powerwashed entire roof. Prepped and patched all seams and open penetrations with silicone roof patch. Coated entire roof with 100% silicone roof coating.
